History

1991 – The Beginning

After gaining experiences in construction field for more than 10 years, Thaweewat Mongkoladisai and Thanawat Mongkoladisai had founded Thaweemongkol Construction (2000) Co.,Ltd., with an innovative concept by having a well-rounded person in charge of every project and developing construction work to advance other companies at the time.

2005 – The Big Step

Once they had learned more about the art of construction and the client expectation, Thaweemongkol executives decided to redefine the company vision: The goal for Thaweemongkol is to be the country’s number one exquisite construction company. The executives also set a high level of performance standards superior to general construction companies. The elevated standards had lifted the company’s construction quality to another level.
Executive team and staff invented innovative construction methods together, for example, nails head-concealing wood installation, seamless metal ornament installation.
The company is also the first in Thailand to use skim coat cement rendering technique which gives a smooth surface for every top-quality construction.

Nowadays

Thaweemongkol Construction (2000) Co.,Ltd., has over 250 staff, 1,500 artisans and workers.

To ensure the least effect towards the community and the environment, Thaweemongkol has strict rules on every construction site as follows,

  1. Daily waste disposal within construction sites after work. No litter is allowed in the construction area.
  2. Daily cleaning in workers’ residents and areas surrounding construction sites.
  3. Workers are not allowed to turn on the radio or other stereo devices that might cause sound pollutions to others.
  4. Internal documents must be printed with recycling or reuse papers only.

Although Thaweewat and Thanawat didn’t graduate in construction field, both love this kind of work. Thus, they decided to work in construction business since their graduation and founded Thaweemongkol Construction (2000) Co.,Ltd. in the year 1991.

Thaweewat and Thanawat has always been paying attention to developing construction technology based on past experiences they had learned. They never stop searching for new techniques which will help improving construction qualities. So, Thaweemongkol is now on the front row of Thailand’s top-quality construction company.
